We hold important property information required when you are buying or selling property or land. We are a key component in the conveyancing chain. You cannot get local search information elsewhere.
Searches of this information are usually requested by solicitors via official search request forms, but there are different types of searches currently on the market, some of which are not compiled or insured by us.

You have the right to request your preferred search type.
Searches that can currently only be completed by us and are covered by council insurance:
- official LLC1 local land charges register
- official CON29 enquiries of the local authority
- official CON29O enquiries of the local authority
Searches not completed by the council and not covered by council insurance:
- personal search - (this is collated and interpreted by a third party, via inspection of free public registers and the obtaining of environmental information under the EIR)
